Demo Info

This demo allows you to browse a few pages of images from the newsgroup alt.binaries.pictures.anime. The full WebDiiva archive is updated daily and contains more than 50 million unique pictures in over 4,000 distinct newsgroups. Click the groups link in the upper-right of this window to get a full list of available newsgroups, and click help to come back here. Click here to go back to the Diiva home page, if you want more information before jumping in.

WebDiiva currently supports Internet Explorer 5.5+ on Windows, Internet Explorer 5.2 and Safari 1.2+ on Mac, as well as Gecko 1.0+ browsers such as Netscape 7, Mozilla and Firefox. JavaScript must be enabled. Other browsers may work, but have not been tested. If you're having trouble using the demo, please let us know.

 Custom Previews

Try resizing the preview area by dragging the bar dividing the left and right sides of this window. Making the right side wider will allow you to view more previews at once. Full-size images are automatically scaled to fit in the available space on the left side.

You can also adjust the size of the previews themselves by selecting an alternate size in the popup menu just above the preview area.

 Navigation Shortcuts

Click the left half of a full-size image to jump to the previous image in a set, and click the right half to go the next image. Using these shortcuts is the fastest way to browse through all the images in a set.

The left and right arrow keys also jump to the previous and next images, respectively, and the up and down arrow keys jump to the previous and next set.
